Hardships and struggles are an inevitable part of the human experience. At times they can become debilitating, shifting us off of our desired path. This shift can cause an emotional, psychological, and physical response that negatively affects our ability to function each day.

My practice provides an opportunity to work through these experiences and help you become realigned internally. Whether it's just a simple conversation, or an in depth process towards change, I am here to help work on that with you. 

Ultimately each session is led by you, and as we work together I know that it can be a positive experience.
